OUR HISTORY

Fernbrook Family Center is a family-owned business that began in 2001 in Owatonna, dedicated to providing community support through quality family services. Over the years, Fernbrook has expanded its reach across southern Minnesota, now serving 11 counties with nearly 200 mental health providers across eight locations.

At Fernbrook Family Center, we take pride in our ability to assist clients of all ages and backgrounds. Recently, we have enhanced our offerings by adding 76 school-linked mental health locations, two Little Fern day treatment facilities, adult residential housing supports, case management services, adolescent day treatment, medication prescribing services, and early-childhood consulting, in addition to our traditional outpatient services.

We are excited to continue supporting the communities we serve for many years to come. To learn more about our history, read "A Fernbrook Tale" to discover how Jon & Mandy founded our agency.

We joined the movement to raise awareness of mental illness and support community initiatives that provide family services for individuals and families in our region, alongside local mental health providers.

Community support plays a vital role in enhancing the well-being of families, especially when they have access to family services and mental health providers. These resources work together to foster a healthier environment for individuals and their loved ones.
