Our day treatment programs support children struggling with significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Children in our programs are often at risk of losing daycare placements, struggling academically, or facing school suspensions. Many times, these youth experience conflict and/or withdrawal at home and with their peers.
Day treatment programing is an intensive treatment option for children who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy can provide. Prior to admission, children being considered for our day treatment programs will receive a diagnostic assessment and treatment plan tailored to their individual needs. Programming is three hours per day and up to five days per week. Each day features skills and therapy groups led by mental health practitioners and therapists.
Because we believe caregivers are an essential part of helping children learn and grow, children in our day treatment programs also receive family therapy while enrolled.
