We are pleased to accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid. We offer private pay for those who do not wish to use insurance.


Call our intake department at (507) 446-0431 to check coverage and to make a referral, or complete the Microsoft Referral Form below to get started. Self-referrals are welcome!


At this time, some of our county locations have waitlists or are not accepting referrals. We appreciate your understanding and acknowledge waiting for care can be difficult. Please visit our parents/caregivers page for resources.
