CTSS Skills & ARMHS

Children's Therapeutic Supports and Services (CTSS) skills and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) training help children, adolescents, and adults build practical strategies to manage mental health symptoms, strengthen daily living skills, and increase independence at home, school, work, and in the community.

Note: CTSS Skills & ARMHS Training is only covered by Medical Assistance or Medicaid. Private pay/cash pay options are available.

CTSS Skills Training (Ages 3-21)

CTSS Skills Training helps children, adolescents, and their families build practical skills to improve emotional regulation, communication, problem-solving, daily functioning, and healthy relationships. Services are individualized and designed to help clients apply these skills in everyday life at home, school, and in the community.

Individual Skills Training

One-on-one sessions focused on helping children and adolescents build practical skills to manage mental health symptoms, cope with stress, improve communication, develop healthy relationships, strengthen self-care, and build self-advocacy skills.

Family Skills Training

Family-driven, strengths-based, and culturally affirming supports designed to enhance family well-being. Families learn to understand mental health symptoms, develop regulation strategies, strengthen relationships and attachment, improve communication, establish healthy routines, and support skill development at home.

Group Skills Training

Structured, skills-based sessions where children and adolescent learn and practice strategies alongside peers in a supportive environment. Groups are often tailored around shared interests, such as outdoor activities, crafts, anime, gaming, or other engaging topics, making it easier to build friendships while developing emotional regulation, communication, coping, and problem-solving.

ARMHS Training (Ages 18+)

ARMHS training assists individuals with managing the mental health symptoms and improving independent living and community engagement.

ARMHS can assist with:
